The Symphony League of Kansas City presents “Stardust,” the 39th Annual Symphony Ball, on the evening of Saturday, September 11, 2021 at the Kansas City Convention Center Grand Ballroom. “Stardust” will embrace the glamour, style and musical influences of 1920s America. We are excited to celebrate together at what is sure to be a spectacular night. The Kansas City Symphony, conducted by Michael Stern, will delight us with a much-anticipated performance, followed by an elegant dinner in the Ballroom. The evening will also feature a silent auction, dancing and live music from local favorite, Lost Wax.
Over the past year, it has become apparent how much live music enriches us and keeps us connected. The generous support of our community helped sustain the Kansas City Symphony when they were unable to perform in Helzberg Hall and allowed them to find new and innovative ways to reach audiences. We all look forward to seeing them back in the Hall this season. Please rest assured that your health and safety are our primary concern. We will follow all local guidelines and the latest safety recommendations. While we are very optimistic that we will be able to celebrate together, should it become necessary to limit our capacity, we will announce a fabulous gala alternative.
Sponsorship levels and benefits can be found at the links below. Guests who contribute at the Benefactor Level and above will receive invitations to the exclusive Benefactor Party at the beautiful Sunset Hills home of Tennille and Jason Adkins, on Thursday, September 9, 2021.
